These notes are kept confidential and secure and are retained as part of the firm's books and records. This consent applies on an ongoing basis; you may withdraw it at any time in writing, after which recording and transcription will stop for future meetings. The firm does not permit its note-taking vendors to use your meeting content to train their AI models.

No Refund Policy. All subscription fees are non-refundable. By registering you acknowledge this policy.

Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The platform's recommendations are based on the data you provide.

Account Termination. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time from your portal settings.

Changes. These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
